M-Pesa Unclaimed Funds Notice

According to the law, M-Pesa accounts that have not been used for a minimum period of 2 years, with funds should be refunded. Customers
have until 31st August 2023 to claim their funds, failingwhich, the funds will be sent back to the Central Bank of Lesotho.
Verification of eligible customers will be done at Vodacom stores and the Vodacom website (www.vodacom.co.ls) ONLY! Customers whose names appear on the list should visit the nearest Vodacom shops with their Identification Documents.
WARNING: There are fraudsters contacting customers under false presence of being officials/employees of an agency assisting with unclaimed
funds. Should you receive such a message from anyone claiming such, we advise you to report them to authorities immediately.
Vodacom reserves the right to verify customer’s personal details prior to making any disbursements.
