VCL Financial Services hereby notifies all M-Pesa customers that accounts that were not active during the interest payment reimbursement administered in February 2022 are requested to visit their nearest Vodacom Centre with their original national identity card.
A Customer Care staff member will verify the customer’s identity in line with the account details. On successful verification, the customer’s M-Pesa account will be credited with the interest owed.
