These Terms and Conditions apply to the Black Friday Promotional Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign"), a Vodacom Lesotho Digital Campaign. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Vodacom General Terms and any additional service conditions you have signed up to (together referred to as the "Terms"). If there is any conflict between the Terms then the order of precedence is: these Campaign Terms, followed by the Vodacom General Terms and Conditions. By availing of the Campaign, you are deemed to have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Campaign Details/ Campaign Period
The Black Friday Campaign shall run from the 27th November 2025 to 4th December 2025, inclusive, and is available to Vodacom customers in Lesotho.
2. Organizer of the Campaign
The Campaign is organized by Vodacom Lesotho (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Vodacom"), Vodacom Park, 585 Mabile Road, Maseru 100, Lesotho.
3. Name of the Campaign
Black Friday Campaign.
4. Eligible Territory/Location
Lesotho.
5. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
5.1 By participating in this Campaign, all entrants warrant that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, available on the VODACOM website at www.vodacom.co.ls and VODACOM retail shops.
5.2 Participation in the Campaign, constitutes confirmation of voluntary participation and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and Entrants consent:
5.2.1 To receive SMS communication from VODACOM on their mobile phones relating to the Campaign,
5.2.2 To receive promotional SMS communication/advertising from VODACOM relating to the Campaign
5.3 These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of the Campaign, notwithstanding any temporary suspension for operational reasons such as repairs, maintenance, or system upgrades.
6. Eligibility and Exclusions
6.1 Eligible Participants:
The following persons are eligible to participate in the Campaign:
6.1.1 Natural persons who are VODACOM customers during the Campaign, except those specifically excluded under article 6.2 below.
6.1.2 Only Participants of the age 18 and above will be considered to win the Prize.
6.2 Excluded Participants:
The following persons are excluded from participating in the Campaign:
6.2.1 Employees of VODACOM.
6.2.2 Immediate family members of Vodacom Employees, defined as parents, spouses, siblings, and children. Immediate family does NOT include in-laws, close relatives such as cousins, uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces, grandparents, and other extended family members.
6.2.3 Non-citizens of the Kingdom of Lesotho who are not legitimately in the country or may fail to provide any documents as may be requested by Vodacom.
6.2.4 Employees of any company directly collaborating with VODACOM for the purpose of executing this Campaign
6.3 VODACOM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any provision of the Terms and Conditions.
6.4 By participating in the Campaign, entrants hereby warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete
7. Availability and accessibility of information
7.1 All information pertaining to the Campaign shall be published on the VODACOM website at www.vodacom.co.ls and Vodacom social media platforms and any queries relating thereto shall be submitted to the call center at 114.
7.2 VODACOM reserves the right to cancel or amend the Campaign and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be made available on the VODACOM website.
8. Campaign Mechanics
8.1 The Campaign is open to Natural persons who are VODACOM customers during the Campaign, except those specifically excluded under article 6.2 above.
8.2 To participate, eligible customers must purchase Black Friday Promo bundles via USSD *321# or *321*2#.
8.3 Each purchase unlocks 2GB (2048MB) of Daily Data for M10.00 which includes:
8.3.1 Social Media access for 766MB (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp and Pinterest)
8.3.2 Music streaming for 766MB (Apple Music, Sky Alpha, Deezer, Music Box, YmE and MyMuze)
8.3.3 TikTok Bundles for 516MB
8.4 The winner will be selected based on the highest number of purchases of the Black Friday Bundle Combo during the campaign period.
8.5 In the event of a tie, a random draw will be conducted among top purchasers.
8.6 A participant may only win a prize once after the conclusion of the campaign period.
8.7 The winner's names will be published on Vodacom's Facebook social media platform.
8.8 The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.9 Vodacom shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.
9. Schedule of Prizes

10. Notices and Redemption of Prizes
10.1 The winner shall be contacted by VODACOM via SMS and/or a phone call to their MSISDN number used to participate in the Campaign.
10.2 The prizes will be delivered within thirty (30) working days from the day that the winner is successfully contacted.
10.3 If a winner cannot be contacted within thirty (30) calendar days from the campaign end date, or a notified winner refuses the prize or fails to collect it within thirty (30) calendar days of notification, VODACOM will consider them as having forfeited the prize. VODACOM shall contact the runner-up winner who will be awarded the prizes. If the winner or runner-up winners do not accept the prize or do not show up within thirty (30) calendar days of notification, then the prizes will remain the property of VODACOM.
10.4 Prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration.
11. Limitation of liability
VODACOM shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays in operation or transmission or communication failures that are beyond its reasonable control.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
12.1 Participants acknowledge and agree that they participate in this Campaign at their own risk and willingness and have not been coerced in any manner to enter.
12.2 VODACOM makes no warranty, implied or express, that any part of the Campaign will be uninterrupted and error-free, or free from any technical issues.
12.3 Neither VODACOM nor any of its directors, employees, agents or suppliers shall accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant participating in the Campaign or as a result of accepting the prize.
12.4 VODACOM is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone networks or lines, computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof. This includes any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials associated with the Campaign.
12.5 By entering the Campaign, entrants agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against VODACOM, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance or user of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
13. Data Protection and Publicity
13.1 Personal data, including voice recordings, images, names, addresses, and any other relevant information obtained in connection with the Campaign will be processed and used in a confidential manner and in line with the Vodacom Privacy Management Policy and applicable data protection laws.
13.2 VODACOM shall not release personal information about participants of the Campaign to third parties unless required to do so in compliance with the governing law.
13.3 By participating in the Campaign, entrants consent to the use of their name and image for publicity purposes related to the Campaign, including announcements on Vodacom's official platforms, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
14. Suspension and termination of the Campaign
14.1 VODACOM reserves the right, whenever deemed necessary, to temporarily suspend the Campaign for operational reasons (e.g. for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades) and undertakes to restore same as soon as possible after any temporary suspension period.
14.2 Interruption or early termination of the Campaign shall not relieve VODACOM from its obligation to award prizes already won and fulfill related commitments, excepts where such interruption or termination results from circumstances beyond Vodacom's reasonable control.
14.3 VODACOM shall notify subscribers of any termination or suspension of the Campaign through appropriate communication channels, including its official website and social media platforms.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Vodacom's decision regarding the Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be final and binding.
15.2 In an event of any disagreement or dispute relating to Vodacom's decision, participants shall first lodge their complaints with VODACOM for amicable resolution of the same which shall be settled through private good faith negotiations.
15.3 If the dispute is not resolved within fourteen (14) working days of an attempt to resolve such or the aggrieved party is not happy with the outcome, then he/she shall lodge a complaint with the Lesotho Communications Authority and shall further be at liberty to exercise any other rights or remedies in law.
16. Force Majeure
If Vodacom is unable to perform any obligation under these terms because of a matter beyond its reasonable control such as, but not limited to, floods, earthquakes, exceptionally severe weather, pandemic, fire explosion, war, civil disorder, industrial disputes (whether or not involving its employees) or acts of local or central government or other competent regulatory authorities or events beyond the reasonable control of Vodacom's suppliers, Vodacom shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances.
